Overview
Direct Digital Paint onto Tyres
It can print or paint not only text but also complex illustrations, logo, or any graphic color patterns on your tyres, as same as a standard home printer.
You can also add, for example, color bars onto a wheel with the additional option.

Design on Tyres with High Productivity & Low Cost
Each tyre can be painted in approximately 5 minutes and at low cost.
Also Available in Truck/Trailer Sizes
In addition to standard passenger car tyres, the lineup includes models for large trailer ones as well.
For passenger car tyres: 330 - 850 mm in diameter
For trailer tyres: 570 - 1100 mm in diameter
High Durability with Water-Based Ink
It uses a water-based resin ink developed by us that is more environmentally friendly and safer to use.
It has passed our internal standard tests for fixation on tyre surfaces, flexibility and colouration, and has a print durability of approximately 1 year under standard conditions.

Can the paint be erased?

Yes, it can be removed with a special cleaning liquid.

Will the paint fall off after washing the car?

Unless brushed strongly, it will not peel off or deteriorate in quality.

How much can we paint per ink bottle?
-
Although it largely depends on the print design, an average of 20 to 30 bottles of ink per bottle (approx. 90 mL) is a rough reference.
White and primer are used for the base layer, so they consume more than colored (CMYK).

What kind of images can be painted?

For fonts, we recommend a minimum size of 60 pt, as smaller sizes will be crushed.
Also, for areas where multiple colors are layered, it is recommended that the total number of colors not exceed 200 to ensure high quality prints.
We will provide more detailed lecture at the timing of installation & training the system.
